Question: What kind of things can I have done to my photos?

Ans:So many things: lightly cleaning up skin, adjusting or slimming a body, adding colors and curves to make the image look sharper, brighter or more colorful, cleaning up a background or floor.

Question: How long will it take to get my photos back?

Ans: Once the photo is uploaded and the retoucher accepts the job there is a 24 hour grace period for the retoucher to retouch and upload your photo back to you.

Question: What if I don't like my retouched photo?

Ans: You'll have the option to get one free revision with the same retoucher if you don't like your photo. Contact us if you need any more revision or still aren't happy with the retouched image.

Question: What if I want different versions of the same photo?

Ans: If you want multiple versions retouched of an image (ie a black and white version and a color version) you need to upload the image twice and set specify specific instructions for each copy of the photo.

Question: How do I know which retoucher to pick?

Ans: You should try and find someone whose style of retouching in their portfolio appeals to you. Each retoucher has a unique style and set of skills and will produce different results even when retouching the same image.

Question: How do I pay for my photos to be retouched?

Ans: Just use a credit card to check out. We use Stripe.com for our payments. Human Touch never stores your credit card info or has access to it.
